If an impact socket shows splaying around the drive end box and /or the drive box is 1/16" larger than the drive size, discard the socket. Please inspect all impact sockets and address them accordingly. See the attached photo for reference.
A more thorough inspection is critical for all tools, remember it is one of the steps for keeping you and your coworkers safe.
